Kix Kiddie Fruit Salads

Here’s a snack with extra a-peel! Use oranges (or at least their outsides) to create a cute mini-bowl for fruit salad (don’t forget to compost after eating!)

Kix Kiddie Fruit Salads

To make Kix Kiddie Fruit Salads you will need:

4 large fresh oranges

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup fresh sliced strawberries

Honey Kix cereal

 

Directions:

Slice the top of a medium size orange

1. Using a sharp knife, cut about a 1 inch slice off top of each orange.

Scoop out the orange pulp using a spoon

 

2. Loosen oranges segments with knife; lift out segments.

Make sure to get completely cleaned out

2. In medium bowl, mix orange segments, blueberries and strawberries. Spoon fruit mixture into each orange shell; top with cereal. Enjoy!

Dice up favorite fruits and mix together in a bowl
