Food Art: A Pot of Kix Gold at the End of the Rainbow

This delicious fruit snack is sure to please kids of all ages.  What’s not to love? There’s a yummy Honey Kix ‘pot of gold’ at the end of this rainbow!

What You’ll Need

honey kix cereal

Ingredients:

A handful of fresh raspberries

A handful of clementine oranges

1 pineapple ring, sliced into small triangles

1 kiwi, sliced into strips

A handful of fresh blueberries

A handful of red grapes, sliced in half

A small bowl of Honey Kix cereal

 

How To Make It

1. Grab a plate and start arranging your fruit rainbow.  Start at the top of the plate, and use the raspberries first.

2. Continue the fruity rainbow using your clementines, pineapple slices, kiwi slices, blueberries and red grapes.

finish with a small dish full of kix for pot of gold

3. Grab your small bowl of Honey Kix cereal and place this at the end of the rainbow for the “pot of gold.”
